Deleting Your Account

Before deleting your account we suggest exporting your current subscribers:

This will export a list of all your current subscribers as a CSV file.

Then go to Settings>Profile scroll to the bottom and hit Close Account:

Once your account is deleted, all data will be held for 15 days in case of a change of mind. At that point, all data is permanently removed from our servers.

At the moment there is no function to automatically export all takes from the settings page, but we can prepare a JSON export of your takes manually if you email us at team@pencilbooth.com - A more automated version of this functionality will be coming soon.
