Types of Takes

A take is just our fancy word for newsletter. Once you compose a take there are three ways you can publish it.

• Web and Email

Web and email is the default publishing setting. When this is selected it will be emailed to your audience and also published as a web page to your visual archive.

• Email Only

Email-only takes are just like normal email-newsletters. The only difference is that these don't show up in your visual archive. If you want them to appear in your visual archive you need to send a web and email take.

• Web Only

This will publish your take to your visual archive only. It will not be emailed. You can then share the link to the take in any other way you like.

You can choose how you want to deliver your take at the send stage.
