Audience Segments

PencilBooth allows you to create unlimited segments of audiences so you can focus on certain groups of people when emailing takes.

By default there are two separate segments - free users and paid users.

To access your groups click on the Subscribers button then groups and you will see the default states:

Hit + Add a group to create a new group, and give it name:

If you want to automatically add paid or free subscribers to this new group, you can, otherwise this is ticked off by default.

Once you've added a group, you can edit the name, delete it, or manually add people to the group as well:

Search or filter for subscribers in a variety of ways and then hit the toggle to add them to the group.

When sending your take, select the group you wish to send to. Support for sending to multiple groups is coming soon.
